Standard Reward Store FAQ

Reward orders can only be placed online on rewardstore.jetprivilege.com. Before placing the order, kindly ensure that your address and contact details have been correctly entered in your Membership profile section. As you browse through the Reward Store (“Reward Store”), you can view your preferred rewards with or without the intention of buying them. Rewards displayed on the Reward Store depend on the delivery destination selected. For visitors, the default delivery destination is India; please login to see the rewards offered in your delivery country. After you have added your rewards to the ‘Shopping Cart’, click on ‘Review Cart and Checkout” button to adjust the quantities, or to delete unwanted rewards. After reviewing the amount of JPMiles to be redeemed, click the “Buy now” button to submit your order.

  • You will receive an order confirmation by email immediately after placing the order.
  • Review the contents of your order and make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
  • Immediately inform the reward merchant delivering your reward in case of any discrepancies.
  • Follow-up the status of your order under “My Transactions” in the”My Rewards” category.
  • For all questions related to the delivery of your reward order, please contact the appropriate reward merchant.

Due to the variety of rewards, the shipping policy and terms may differ from reward to reward. Please check the specific policies under “Merchant Details” for the respective partner and the “Rules & Restrictions” for each specific reward.

Reward order cancelation differ from reward to reward,, however, please note that return policies may vary across reward merchants and that additional, reward-specific terms & conditions may apply. In case of questions, please directly contact the appropriate merchant via the contact details stated in your order confirmation. In case reward cancellations are permitted, please always contact the merchant directly to cancel the order.

Yes, you can gift your reward to non-JetPrivilege members. While placing the order kindly ensure the desired shipping and delivery address has been correctly entered at the time of placing the order. Please note, however, that certain delivery restrictions may apply to the designated shipping address which may not apply to the address of your Reward Store account. At the time of placing the order, you will be automatically advised accordingly.

JPMiles for rewards offered on the Reward Store may vary according to the selected delivery destination. It could also vary for the same delivery destination based on exchange rate fluctuations, eg. if the settlement currency of the associated merchant is different from that of the program and/or the currency the member has selected in the Reward Store.

If you do not remember your password, you can have your password sent to you on your registered email id. Select the link 'Forgot Password' in the login tile in the top-right corner. Just type your JetPrivilege membership number and we will send the password to your email address.
